Gambling help in Colombia

Colombia lacks a dedicated national gambling helpline. Treatment is provided through the health system: people can ask their EPS (health insurer) for referral to mental health and addiction services, and some departments and cities run their own mental health lines. Jugadores Anónimos groups meet in major cities. Coljuegos requires licensed operators to provide responsible gaming information and self-exclusion tools and publishes a list of authorised sites. In an emergency, dial 123. Families affected by a relative's gambling can also seek counselling through their EPS. Because self-exclusion is operator-level, blocking software and bank restrictions are useful extra barriers.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger or thinking about suicide, call your local emergency number now. Helplines below are for gambling-related support and are generally free and confidential.
