The Czech Republic has a well-developed network of free help for gambling problems. The National Helpline for quitting gambling, run by the National Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Addiction, offers phone and email support on weekdays. The Naberte kurz service adds a 24-hour helpline for players and relatives and daily online counselling by chat and messaging. Outpatient addiction clinics, psychiatric hospitals and NGOs provide treatment, and a national online help map lists local services for gambling, debt and family counselling. Gamblers Anonymous groups meet in larger cities. The Ministry of Finance's RVO register lets you exclude yourself from all licensed gambling. Self-tests are prompts for reflection, not diagnoses; a professional can assess your situation properly.
