Gambling help in Mexico

Mexico has no dedicated national gambling helpline. The main free entry point is the federal Línea de la Vida, a 24/7 line run by the national mental health and addictions agency that handles all addictions, including gambling, and refers callers to public treatment. Centros de Integración Juvenil and state mental health services provide outpatient care, and Jugadores Anónimos groups meet in major cities. In Mexico City, the Consejo Ciudadano offers free psychological and legal support by phone. Because self-exclusion is operator-level only, people trying to stop often combine operator tools with blocking software and bank restrictions.
