Gambling help in Philippines

Support services in the Philippines are growing but still limited outside Metro Manila. In May 2026 PAGCOR launched a 24/7 National Problem Gambling Helpline staffed by trained para-counsellors and mental health professionals from the Seagulls Flock Organization. The National Center for Mental Health crisis hotline is available for anyone in distress. Public hospitals with psychiatry departments and some private clinics treat gambling disorder. PAGCOR's National Database of Restricted Persons allows self-exclusion and family-requested exclusion from licensed casinos and online sites. Peer support groups are fewer than in other countries but exist in Manila.
